The Systems Integration Engineer will help travel and hospitality companies interconnect business systems to unlock customer insights and improve productivity.

S/he will primarily design and develop middleware and databases, leveraging a wide range of enterprise-grade technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop APIs, including SOAP and REST web services, and ETLs.
  • Design and develop SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Build installers as needed.
  • Perform unitary testing.
  • Develop tools and scripts to test APIs and databases.
  • Produce technical documentation.
  • Produce release notes.
  • Ensure integrity of the code branches.
  • Track software versions.
  • Deploy solutions, including provisioning and configuring cloud servers, as needed.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of web services, ETLs and databases development experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proven software development skills with various languages, including C#, ASP.NET, PHP and Javascript.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft integration tools, including SSIS and BizTalk.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL.
  • Ability to produce database schemas.
  • Familiar with UNIX systems is a plus.
  • Known for walking the extra mile.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

Pluses:

  • Experience in the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Experience with NodeJS and MongoDB (or other noSQL databases).
  • Familiar with MuleSoft, TIBCO, Informatica, and/or Dell Boomi.
  • Familiar with UNIX systems is a plus.
