Bergmen Consulting is looking for a seasoned consultant to help our travel and hospitality customers innovate through technology.

The Director, Technology Consulting and Delivery, will primarily be responsible for developing new engagements and managing their execution, while ensuring upmost customer satisfaction. The position involves customer relationship building, executive-level communications and presentations, reviewing and monitoring quality of deliverables, supervision of project teams, as well as scoping and estimating of engagements.

The position requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to think strategically and outside the box, and business development skills.

As part of the leadership team, the position will play a dominant role in refining Bergmen Consulting's value proposition and business development strategy.

  • Help ensure alignment of skill set with future industry needs.
  • Help develop talent and foster excellence.
  • Mentor consultants to grow and reach personal career goals.

Service Delivery

  • Ensure utmost customer satisfaction. Always walk the extra mile.
  • Help assemble project teams.
  • Oversee project executions. Provide leadership and guidance to teams.
  • Act as captain to tackle any challenges.
  • Live and breathe the values of the company.
  • Strong entrepreneur mindset.
  • At least 6 years of technology management consulting and delivery, or as industry leader with a focus on technology intiatives.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in completing end-to-end sales cycles.
  • Ability to handle multiple engagements and service teams.
  • Understanding of travel and hospitality systems, and interdependencies.
  • Familiar with popular reservation systems.
  • High integrity, follow through and detailed orientated.
  • Very positive, with a strong can-do attitude.
  • Willing to wear multiple hats.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excited about traveling for business.
